- Booking data: appointments, staff schedules, customer details you enter.
- Support communications: messages you send to us.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, telemetry.

- Providing the Service and managing your account — performance of contract.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle collects and processes your billing information (name, billing address, payment method, tax data) directly. Please see Paddle's privacy policy for details.

- Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, database, analytics, email delivery).
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when necessary.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised, subject to legal retention requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.
