Flexistore offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Tidely subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
How refunds are handled
As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles refund processing on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the refund window
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges already paid for the current billing period after the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
